Our mission in starting this group is to build the Cypriot QGIS community of Users and Developers and spread the knowledge through organised meetings, meet-ups and focused events like hack-days, workshops and seminars.
While the focus of the group is on QGIS we hope to build links with other open-source oriented groups and encourage users to get more involved in coding while integrating with other great open-source Geo-applications.
We want the group to be open, educational, fun and encourage transparency, inclusion and promote the Open-source spirit of FOSS.
